- Information technology platforms, trends, and concepts.
- Software development lifecycle practices and procedures.
- Software project management methodologies with an emphasis on Agile.
- Developing project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks including the leveling of over-committed resources.
- Developing and communicating project status reports.
- Documenting technical specifications.
- Designing technical proposals and solutions.
- Tools such as Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and project management tools such as XPlanner.
- OWASP and understanding of software security a plus.
Ability To:
- Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization including external resources.
- Negotiate project outcomes, strategies, and tactics.
- To understand and analyze different technology solutions at a high level.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years software project management experience.
- Familiarity with mobile, web and SaaS software and technologies.
- Knowledge of Scrum.
- B.S. or B.A. in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
